About us
At A_LM, Atelier Lampugnale Morando, we are expanding the product design team and reaching out to all talents willing to challenge themselves with a variety of products to design for our clients.
We are looking for talented, creative architects with experience and/or postgraduate master and/or specialization in product design, proven software skills to control and deliver sophisticated design proposals. Candidates must have a passion for design and culture, a strong design attitude, a good understanding of architectural geometry.
It is requested strong ability to support the team with a strategic vision under the guidance of the team leader; to elaborate design proposals driven by a good understanding of user experience, form finding strategies and a tridimensional approach to the design, parametric design knowledge.
This is a position for a person who can handle multiple tasks while managing her/his time to meet the deadlines.
Essential
• BA Hons or MA architecture qualification (or equivalent)
• Post graduation master in product/industrial design
• Excellent presentation, conceptual and visualising skills
• Excellent knowledge of Rhinoceros and Grasshopper
• Good understanding of form finding strategies
• Some knowledge of digital fabrication
• 3d printing experience
• Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent time management
• Good organisation skills
Desired
• Experience/specialization in product design
• Ability to render quick visuals at conceptual level
• Some knowledge of karamba
• Works well under pressure
• Takes initiative in response to direction or instruction
• Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• Some knowledge of Revit
